Quotes and availability
Website prices and quotations are indicative until availability is checked and confirmed. Airfares, hotel rates, taxes and supplier charges can change before payment and confirmation.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names and details, checking passport validity, obtaining required visas and permits, and following health, immigration and destination rules.
Suppliers
Flights, hotels, transfers, activities and other services are delivered by independent suppliers. Their operating, amendment, no-show and cancellation rules also apply to your booking.
Payment and confirmation
Most holidays can be held with a token of 5% of the package price. The token holds your dates while we reconfirm hotels, transport and availability; the balance is due before travel, on the date shown in your confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once the token (or another agreed payment) is received and a written confirmation is issued. Online card payment is not available yet, so a planner arranges payment with you and sends a receipt.
Changes
Requested changes may involve availability differences, fare changes and supplier amendment fees. Material supplier-led changes will be communicated with the available alternatives.
